Job summary

AquaNav is seeking a Loader Operator for our construction projects in the United States. You will operate loaders and related heavy equipment, loading and unloading materials as directed by site supervisors.

The role is full-time, outdoors, and requires physical fitness, safety awareness, and the ability to read instructions and safety manuals. Immediate start date is available; accommodations may be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and safety manuals.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders and heavy equipment to load and unload materials.
• Inspect equipment before each shift for safe operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and report malfunctions or damage.
• Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injury.
• Coordinate loading with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
