Job Description

The Loader Operator II operates heavy equipment and trucks, sets up equipment for auctions, and assists customers during and after auctions.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of heavy equipment and trucks.
• Assist in setting up equipment in the yard for auctions.
• Help customers load equipment purchases and answer yard-related questions.
• Support RB's Unreserved Commitment to Safety by taking personal responsibility for safety for yourself and others.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Loader Operator I or similar role.
• Operating a large 36,000 lbs forklift is an asset.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new programs quickly.
• Proven safety record and ability to promote safety among team members.
• Ability to relate well with customers and team members.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• High attention to detail.
