Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Loader Operator I to operate front-end loaders and other mobile equipment safely, load, move, and stockpile aggregate materials to support production and customer needs at our Georgia facility.

You will perform routine equipment inspections, maintain clean and safe work areas, and follow safety, environmental, and operational procedures while supporting plant operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in industrial, construction, mining, or aggregate environments.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to procedures.
• Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify potential issues.
• Dependable team player with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities and perform physical duties.
