Job Description
The Loader Operator I operates heavy equipment and trucks, sets up equipment for auctions, and assists customers during and after auctions.

Responsibilities

  1. Operate all types of heavy equipment and trucks
  2. Assist in setting up yard equipment for auctions
  3. Help customers load their purchases and answer yard-related questions
  4. Support RB’s safety commitment by taking personal responsibility for safety
  5. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  1. Experience operating heavy machinery
  2. Ability to operate a 36,000 lbs forklift (asset)
  3. Proficiency in spoken and written English
  4. Good computer skills and quick learner
  5. Track record of working safely and promoting safety
  6. Ability to relate well with customers and team members
  7. Team-oriented with self-starting capability
  8. Organized with multitasking skills
  9. High attention to detail
