Qualifications

• 3-5 years of loader operating experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in adverse weather conditions.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong work ethic and desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operates a Loader to move and transport materials such as dirt, rocks, and other aggregates.
• Knowledge of operating procedures for loading/unloading materials.
• May perform routine maintenance, oiling, greasing, and safety checks; complete paperwork as needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.
