Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and safety-focused Loader Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating the loader, assisting the yard attendant, and accurately measuring and loading bulk materials. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, able to multitask in a high-paced environment, and demonstrates initiative while maintaining the highest safety standards for themselves, coworkers, our equipment, clients, and their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Loader Operation: Safely operate the loader, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions in and out of the equipment.
• Assistance: Provide support to the yard attendant by handling and organizing bulk materials.
• Measurement & Loading: Accurately measure and load bulk materials according to established guidelines.
• Safety Compliance: Rigorously follow safety protocols to protect yourself, your coworkers, and client property.
• Adaptability: Quickly learn new processes during on-the-job training and adapt to the dynamic work environment.
• Initiative: Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and safety practices.
• General Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience with loader operations or similar heavy equipment is preferred.
