Job description

Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking an experienced Loader Operator for Dallas, Texas construction projects. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals who want to grow with us.

The loader operator is responsible for operating loader equipment to load materials, perform excavation, backfill work, and assist in construction tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Contribute as a vital team member towards Austin’s success
• Attend daily safety meetings
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Adjust work hours to meet project needs, including days, nights, and weekends
• Work in adverse weather conditions, including hot or cold temperatures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience operating a loader
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety
