Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Loader Operator to perform material handling and equipment operation on rail site projects in North America. The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience, plus mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand and power tools.

You will follow Foreman instructions and safety procedures while maintaining clear communication with supervisors and customers.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Required Work Experience: 2 years general related to duties and responsibilities.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of company processes and procedures.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Able to prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader to lift and transport bulk materials onto trucks.
• Start engine, shift gears, and maneuver loader at work sites.
• Perform routine maintenance on the loader (lubricate, fuel, clean).
• Follow Foreman instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and customers serviced.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies.
