Job summary

Builders Supply, A CRH company, in Shreveport, LA, is seeking a Loader Operator to handle a front-end loader for groundwork and material handling. The role requires a HS diploma or GED and 3–5 years of related experience, with duties including feeding batch plants and ensuring material placement.

Candidates must pass pre-employment screenings and work safely per OSHA/MSHA guidelines. Training others and performing routine maintenance are also part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be able to operate a front-end loader safely and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader safely and efficiently.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA safety procedures and company policies.
• Report problems to supervisors and managers as directed.
• Perform minor servicing and maintenance; refer major problems to the supervisor.
• Train less-experienced employees on equipment operation.
