Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.
• Background/MVR checks required by Knife River-South.
• Flexible hours including day and/ or night shifts, overtime as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader and maintain equipment safely.
• Feed concrete plant to maximize production.
• Load trucks with road materials within legal weight limits.
• Inspect site for safety and identify hazards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, EPA and related rules.
• Communicate effectively with team under pressure.
