Job summary

Titan America LLC is seeking a Loader Operator for our Culpepper, VA facility. This role focuses on loading material from stockpiles, performing routine equipment maintenance, and ensuring safe, efficient production of ready-mix concrete.

Qualifications include a VDOT Batch Plant Operator Certification within 90 days, good communication and computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Prior ready-mix and heavy equipment experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• VDOT Concrete Batch Plant Operator Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
• Basic understanding of concrete characteristics and production.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel within delivery area to other plant locations.
• Previous experience in ready-mix industry preferred.
• Previous experience and knowledge of safe operation of heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load material from stockpiles and perform routine equipment maintenance and adjustments.
• Maintain plant and equipment in good condition and keep yards organized.
• Ensure safe and efficient production of ready-mix concrete with batching systems.
• Monitor batching sequence and scale accuracy to meet quality standards.
• Ensure timely and safe deliveries to customers and assist with monthly inventory.
• Support maintenance team with plant repairs as needed.
