Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC in Roseville, CA is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for compost operations. You will operate straight or articulated rubber-tired loaders, perform routine maintenance, and assist with material handling and snow removal as needed.

You will work directly with customers and site staff to ensure safe, efficient loading, offloading and staging, while adhering to facility inspections and stormwater requirements under the site manager's guidance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type loader with front-mounted bucket to lift and transport materials.
• Performs routine maintenance on loader, including lubrication, fueling and cleaning.
• Operates skid steer loader with attachments as needed for processes.
• Performs lot cleaning by hand and with equipment.
• Assists customers with unloading material when needed and directs them to proper locations.
• Participates in facility and stormwater inspections with site manager.
