Job Description

Fred Smith Company is seeking an experienced Loader Operator for our Holly Springs Asphalt Plant. We are a self-perform heavy civil contractor operating in North Carolina. Compensation will be based on experience. All employees are eligible for benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off after 90 days.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience operating a loader for moving and loading materials
• Ability to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to climb and work at heights
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Essential Duties

• Adhere to all safety policies, including awareness of surroundings, equipment, and utility lines
• Operate equipment efficiently following management instructions
• Perform equipment monitoring and maintenance as required
