Heidelberg Materials is seeking a hands-on Loader Operator to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials at our Seattle area location. You will perform routine equipment inspections, maintain clean work areas, and coordinate material movement to support production and customer needs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas while following all safety policies and procedures.
• Support plant operations by coordinating material movement to meet production and customer requirements.
• Complete operational records and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

$49.36 to $49.36 per hour.
