PrideStaff has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Loader Operator!!!

Duties:

1. Operate various pieces of large equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations
2. Ensure proper operation of equipment by performing regular checks on their functionality
3. Document regular maintenance checks to maintain adequate records of equipment performance
4. Provide preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is safe and operating properly
5. Regularly clean equipment to preserve its quality and functionality
6. Perform minor repairs on equipment issues
7. Report needs for larger repairs to the appropriate parties
8. Abide by all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as all company safety procedures
9. Commit to the overall safety of the work environment by always taking extra precautions to work with the utmost care and consideration

Heavy Equipment Operator Requirements and Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. 3+ years of experience working with heavy equipment
3. Knowledge of proper operation of heavy equipment as well as safety standards
4. Ability to maintain, inspect, clean, and occasionally repair pieces of heavy equipment
5. Keen attention to detail and situational awareness to maintain the safety of the work environment
6. Strong work ethic and physical ability to lift 50+ pounds

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $16.00 Per Hour
