Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently during winter maintenance operations.
• Load salt, sand, and other deicing materials into trucks, trailers, and spreader vehicles.

• Perform pre-operation and post-operation equipment inspections.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and report equipment deficiencies.
• Follow all OSHA, company, and industry safety policies and procedures.

Employment Type: Seasonal | On-Call | 1099 GovFirst is seeking experienced and safety-conscious Loader Operators to support winter maintenance operations in Fredericksburg, VA. Requirements

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is desired but not required.
  
• Completion of all required safety and job-specific training.
