Job description

Exspeedia Transport is a growing company looking for great hard-working people. We are currently looking for qualified loader operators.

Pay starting at $20.00-$30.00 an hour depending on experience. Plus overtime!

Responsibilities

• Support operations by safely and efficiently operating a loader to stockpile aggregates, load aggregates into the screener, and loading trucks.

• Manage the project stockyard by making aggregate stockpiles and keeping them free from contaminants.

• Take ownership over your work, equipment, conditions, and surroundings to keep safety first in all things both for yourself and for all crew members.

• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, vehicle inspection reports, and timecards while keeping equipment clean and well maintained.

• Continually observe all leader instructions, traffic rules and regulations, customer specifications, and standards of the Company.

• Think innovatively, actively participate in safety tailgate meetings, contribute purposefully to the Company’s safety culture, and communicate clearly, openly, and constructively.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.

• 1-2 years solid experience in the field.

• Ability to pass a drug test.

• Report to work on time.

• Quality communication and customer service skills.

• Accurately fill out daily paperwork.

• Pre and post-trip equipment.

• Operate company equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
