Job summary

GardenCore is seeking a Loader Operator in Noblesville, IN to operate a FrontEnd Loader in a rugged outdoor setting within a manufacturing facility, following all safety policies and procedures. The role supports material movement across the site and requires attention to equipment condition and performance.

Responsibilities include reading specifications, monitoring operations for issues, performing routine maintenance, and documenting daily reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of heavy equipment experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to operate in outdoor rough environments.
• Able to sit for extended periods and climb in/out of cab as required.

Description GardenCore is seeking a Loader Operator for the Noblesville, IN location. Loader Operators will operate a FrontEnd Loader in a rugged outdoor, unpaved environment to move bulk material throughout a manufacturing facility while adhering to safety policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Read job specifications to determine operator adjustments and material requirements
• Observe equipment operation to detect machine malfunction
• Perform routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaning
• Inspect and complete equipment report daily
• Ability to move levers, shift gears, depress pedals and maneuver steering wheel to operator equipment

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience using heavy equipment
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Able to sit for extended periods in operation of equipment on varying surfaces (paved, dirt, multilevel)
• Able to climb up & down from cab heights with ease multiple times per hour
• Must be able to work safely in a busy mulch yard, judging distances and operating equipment with precision
• Must be able to work effectively in extreme outdoor climate(s) - cold, heat, rain, fog, snow

Salary Description

Hourly pay rate of $18 - $19 per hour
