SRM Concrete in Texas is hiring a Loader Operator who will run front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement, keeping our plants moving.

You will load/unload trucks, work with a crew to stay on schedule, and perform safety checks before and after shifts. We train you and value safety and teamwork.

Formación

• Loader or heavy equipment experience preferred; training provided.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Safety-focused with ability to speak up about issues.
• Ability to check equipment and perform basic fixes.
• Team player with good communication and readiness to work.
• Physically able to work outdoors in various weather.
• High school diploma or equivalent is helpful but not required.
• Willing to complete pre-employment screenings.
• Follow SRM's 5 Principles of Service: Safety, Quality, Kindness, Cleanliness, Go-Getter.

Responsabilidades

• Operate front-end loaders and other heavy equipment to move materials.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors.
• Work with crew to keep operations on schedule.
• Inspect equipment before and after shifts and report issues.
• Follow all safety rules and wear PPE.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Assist with inventory counts to prevent shortages.
• Share ideas with plant leaders to improve operations.
• Lend a hand across tasks as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Take the wheel of powerful front‑end loaders and other heavy equipment to move sand, gravel, and cement around the plant—keeping our concrete flowing and our operations moving.
• Load and unload trucks, hoppers, bins, and conveyors so our team always has the materials they need.
• Work side‑by‑side with your crew and production team to keep things running on schedule.
• Check your equipment before and after each shift, and let the team know if something needs fixing—your safety and theirs comes first.
• Follow all safety rules, wear your gear, and help keep the plant a safe place for everyone.
• Pitch in to keep your work area clean and organized—because a tidy site is a safer site.
• Help count inventory and make sure we never run low on the materials that keep us going.
• Share your ideas with plant leaders and help us get better every day.
• Be ready to lend a hand wherever you’re needed—whether it’s helping a teammate or jumping in on a tough job.

What Sets You Apart

• Experience running loaders or other big machines is great, but if you’re willing to learn and work hard, we’ll train you.
• Valid Driver’s License.
