The Loader Operator will contribute to the production team to ensure goals are met safely and efficiently while conforming to company policies. Process vehicles in a safe manner to produce core & scrap products, enable the customers to pull parts, and satisfy environmental requirements. This position focuses primarily on Front Loader operation and various material handling duties.

1. Operation of equipment: Use Front Loader, Crusher, Fork Lift or Skid Steer to move vehicles, cores, scrap, and other materials safely. Ensure loads are secure and use attachments for dismantling.
2. Maintenance: Perform pre-operation checks and inspections as per certification requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment.
• Background in automotive repair or dismantling.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and retail customer service.
• Familiarity with tools and machinery.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish.

Physical Activities

• Standing, walking, bending, climbing, and stretching outdoors.
• Sitting for 6-8 hours per day in intervals.
• Handling tools and moving up to 50 pounds.
• Good hand-eye coordination for operating equipment.
• Visual and auditory acuity for safety and operations.

Job Conditions

• Outdoor weather exposure.
• Occasional chemical hazards.
