Job Summary

Seeking a Loader Operator to efficiently and safely transport materials at our Garland aggregate site.

Main Responsibilities

1. Promote safe work practices and maintain an excellent safety environment.
2. Operate all equipment safely and efficiently.
3. Complete daily inspections and maintenance checklists.
4. Participate in pre-shift safety huddles.
5. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
6. Report incidents and accidents to supervisors.
7. Report safety hazards to the Plant Superintendent or Supervisors.
8. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Skills

1. Ability to operate equipment efficiently.
2. Effective communication with supervisors and peers.
3. Self-motivated with the ability to learn procedures quickly.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Adaptability to changing conditions.

Physical Requirements

1. Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
2. Stand, walk, sit, and enter/exit large equipment.
3. Use arms, hands, and fingers effectively.
