Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Loader Operator to safely operate heavy machinery essential for material handling and production. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a commitment to safety. What You'll Be Doing
Safely operate loaders and other heavy equipment to support material handling and production activities.
Perform routine equipment maintenance and pre-shift inspections to ensure optimal operation.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain site efficiency.
Follow company safety protocols and environmental compliance standards.
Accurately load materials into trucks, hoppers, and other designated areas as required.

Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$21.00 to $24.00 per hour.
