The Loader Operator will be responsible for moving and loading vehicles using a company-provided front-end loader or forklift. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation of vehicle movements, conducting daily pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensuring a safe work environment by following company safety guidelines. The role also involves facilitating the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring equipment is maintained according to standards and contracts.
• Operating company equipment safely.
• Assisting with maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
• Accurately recording vehicle information.
• Using documentation and tracking devices.
• Setting up the yard for auctions within timelines.
• Providing customer service as needed.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Following safety guidelines (speed limits, etc.).
• Loading and unloading vehicles as required.
• Passing training and safety requirements.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least two years of outdoor work experience.
• One year of loader or forklift experience; certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and high integrity.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Occasional overtime as needed.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay: $18.70 - $21.05 per hour.
