Job summary

PANHANDLE OILFIELD SERVICES INC is seeking a Front Loader / Equipment Operator in Cambridge, MA to operate heavy equipment safely and move pipe and materials across job sites and yards. You will support field operations, transport and organize pipe, and contribute to efficient workflows while adhering to safety standards.

You will perform equipment inspections, maintain cleanliness, and coordinate with ground crew.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3+ years oilfield, construction, or heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to assist across multiple job functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader and other heavy equipment to move pipe, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, railcars, and staging areas.
• Support field operations by transporting and organizing pipe and materials at job sites.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and assist with minor maintenance.
• Coordinate with ground crew and spotters to ensure safe equipment operation.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and site-specific requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Front Loader / Equipment OperatorThe Front Loader / Equipment Operator is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to support pipe handling, material movement, and field operations.
