Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service per Lowe's policies.
• Assist customers in locating, selecting, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and store assistance as needed.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately.
• Operate power equipment and store tech safely for loading.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by stocking and replenishing items.
• Assist with large order fulfillment with accuracy and quality.
• Improve safety by reporting hazards and security concerns.
• Load customer vehicles with proper techniques based on order size.
