Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Loader at our Chattanooga store to assist customers, locate and load merchandise, and support checkout and fulfillment tasks. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy in order preparation, and responsive service to customers and Pro/Garden Center areas as needed.

The position involves using store equipment, stocking, and assisting with large orders while maintaining high product quality and safety standards. Previous retail/loading experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs throughout the store.
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use store equipment safely and effectively to move, stage, and load merchandise.
• Maintain in-stock conditions by restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
• Assist with large order fulfillment while ensuring product quality and accuracy.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe, including store and parking lot.
• Identify and report safety hazards or security concerns to management.
