Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking an energized Loader role associate to support customers in-store at our Hanover Township location.

You will assist customers with locating and loading merchandise, participate in checkout and fulfillment, and help maintain stock levels while upholding safety standards. Ideal candidates have 6 months experience with computers and retail tech, a HS diploma or GED, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service per Lowe’s policies and programs
• Assist customers with locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Support checkout, fulfillment, and customer assistance needs
• Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders accurately
• Operate store equipment and ensure safety procedures in all tasks
• Maintain in-stock conditions by down stocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Assist with large order fulfillment while ensuring product quality and accuracy
• Report safety hazards and security concerns to management or Asset Protection
• Communicate product information and Lowe’s program details to customers and associates
