Job description

Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking an experienced Loader/Backhoe Operator for construction projects in the Farmers Branch, TX area. We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals who want to grow with us.

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections
2. Operate equipment safely and efficiently
3. Contribute as a vital team member towards Austin’s success
4. Attend daily safety meetings
5. Follow safety policies and procedures
6. Adjust work hours to meet project needs, including days, nights, and weekends
7. Work in adverse weather conditions, including hot or cold temperatures
8. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. At least 1 year of experience operating a backhoe in earthwork construction
2. Strong commitment to jobsite safety and safe work practices
3. Legally authorized to work in the United States; we are unable to sponsor visas
