Job summary

Performance Food Group in Warren, MI is hiring a Loader Formula to move goods through our distribution process. You will operate forklifts or pallet jacks, stage pallets, and prepare shipments while following safety rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 6+ months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift repeatedly throughout shift (10–35 pounds, up to 60–90 pounds).
• Must pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to the trailer using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand in loading sequence.
• Secure loads and ensure correct labeling and safety procedures.
• Inspect pallets for damage and keep work area clean and orderly.
• Follow safety policies and company guidelines at all times.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
