Job Description

Operate various types of front end loaders, such as Caterpillar or Kawasaki models, at asphalt plants to load and feed the hopper with necessary materials for asphalt production. May perform other duties at the plant or on other job sites, potentially working across multiple sites as needed.

Operate front end loaders (e.g., Caterpillar, Kawasaki) at asphalt plants to load and feed hoppers with materials for asphalt production. Perform additional duties at the plant or other job sites as required.

Minimum Qualifications & Training

• One to two years of front end loader experience; training available for the right candidate.
• Ability to follow precise instructions and adhere to strict safety rules and policies.
• Reliable, trustworthy team player.
• Maintain good attendance and safety records.

Tasks Essential to Job Functions

• Occasional standing and walking required.
• Ability to work long periods sitting.
• Operate equipment efficiently, at recommended speeds.
• Be productive during each shift and meet set goals.
• Work with equipment technology, requiring good visual activity.
