Position Summary

The Loader is responsible for the timely and accurate loading of Store Orders onto trailers. The main job functions include Truck Loading, Trailer Stripping (Unloading), and Non-conveyable Picking.

Starting wage: $18.00/hr with a $0.75 Shift Differential ($18.75) for second shift.

Required Qualifications

• Loading/Unloading: Report to the Loading Dock for daily assignments. Inspect trailers, verify merchandise loading accuracy, and record counts. Unload merchandise from delivery trailers, segregate by type, and sweep out trailers after use.
• Non-Conveyable Picking: Locate and select merchandise, apply bar-code labels, and stage pallets.

Must be able to work overtime as required.

Skills and Physical Requirements

• Good communication skills; ability to walk, stand, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds frequently, occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
• Certification or ability to be certified on all required equipment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
