Job description

The Loader is responsible for the timely and accurate loading of Store Orders onto trailers. The main job functions include Truck Loading, Trailer Stripping (Unloading), and Non-conveyable Picking. The starting wage is $18.00/hr, with a $0.75 shift differential ($18.75) for second shift.

Required qualifications include:

• Loading/unloading duties such as inspecting trailers, verifying correct merchandise loading, maintaining accurate counts, unloading returned delivery trailers, and sweeping trailers after stripping.
• Non-Conveyable Picking involves locating and selecting merchandise, applying bar-code labels, moving pallets, and staging completed pallets.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Certification or ability to be certified on all equipment.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
