Job summary

Pennex in Wellsville, PA is seeking a Loader (1st shift) to move materials within our facility. You will operate forklifts, cranes, and related equipment to unload the pack line, stage materials, and load trailers while ensuring accuracy and safety.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of warehouse experience, forklift certification, and the ability to read safety rules and procedures. This role offers growth within MX Holdings’ Pennex family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years warehouse experience; forklift experience required; license required.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions; basic measurement ability.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or follow instructions to move materials.
• Load/unload materials using forklift to trailers or staging area.
• Stage materials for easy access for loading customer orders; coordinate with team.
• Calculate weights/volumes to ensure loads fit and space is used efficiently.
• Attach tags/labels and secure loads for transit.
• Operate overhead crane and other lifting equipment as needed.
