Job summary

Viwinco, Inc., a leading window manufacturer in Morgantown, PA, has immediate openings for dependable 1st shift Loaders. You will sort and hand-load windows and doors, coordinate with other departments, and support production efficiency.

Hours are Monday–Friday 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with overtime or Saturdays as needed. Compensation is $20.00 per hour. Candidates should be able to lift 50+ lbs and work from route sheets, with basic RF scanner experience a plus.

Qualifications

• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Basic truck/trailer loading experience preferred.
• Schedule flexibility helpful.
• English or bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hand-load items onto trucks in route order per sheets.
• Scan and label windows as they are loaded.
• Load windows safely to ensure stability during transit.
• Report quality or accuracy issues to supervisor.
• Secure loads with straps after route completion.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Viwinco, Inc., a leading window manufacturer, has immediate openings for dependable 1st shift Loaders to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to sort and hand-load windows and doors and multiple task which includes communicate effectively with other departments both in writing and verbally.

Hours: Monday- Friday 6am-2:30pm (must be able to work OT or Saturdays, if needed)

Compensation: $20.00

Job Responsibilities

• Hand-load completed items from production onto corresponding truck/trailer in appropriate sequence according to route sheets.
• Accurately scan and mark windows as they are loaded onto the truck/trailer.
• Load windows in a safe and proper manner to ensure stability and quality during transit.
• Bring any quality/accuracy issues to the attention of the supervisor.
• Strap and secure the loaded truck/trailer once a route is complete.
• 50+ lbs. lifting required.

Work Experience Requirements

• RF Scanner experience a plus.
• Basic truck/trailer loading experience a plus.
• Schedule flexibility helpful.
• English or Bi-lingual preferred but not required
