JOB DETAILS

Base pay starts at $19.50 per hour

Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support company core values, participate in a safe work environment, and complete observations.
• Inspect equipment for safety.
• Read and understand production orders.
• Meet company productivity and quality requirements.
• Operate crane, forklift, and manually handle materials; complete proper documentation for materials produced.
• Maintain good communication with team members, supervisors, and management.
• Stand and walk 8 to 12 hours daily.
• Perform repetitive climbing on and off equipment and ladders.
• Work in varying and extreme outdoor conditions (hot, cold, rain, shine).

Qualifications

• Understand and be competent in all aspects of safe and efficient operation, including all line equipment, processes, and procedures.
• Detail and quality-oriented.
• Dependable and energetic.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (email, internet, Excel, Word).
• Experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and nail guns.
• Ability to read a tape measure and other measuring devices.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly, above shoulder height and below waist.
• Forklift and crane experience is a plus; must be trainable.
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.

This position may involve overtime. Shift lengths vary between 8, 10, and 12 hours depending on work orders and season.
