Job summary

Arcosa, Inc. in Fillmore, CA is seeking a Loader Operator to safely operate heavy equipment and help meet production goals. The role involves inspections, maintaining records, and supporting site operations.

You will work a daytime, Monday–Friday schedule with possible overtime and weekends as production requires. At least 2 years of loader experience, preferably with Caterpillar 980/988, is required to join our safety-oriented team.

Arcosa / Ameron Pole Products is searching for a Loader. The Loader Operator is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to meet production goals while conducting inspections, maintaining records, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting team communication and site operations.

Job Responsibilities

The typical work schedule is a daytime shift, Monday through Friday; occasional or as-needed overtime may be required. Saturdays may be required based on production needs.

About You

Must have at least 2 years of loader operator experience, preferably with Caterpillar 980 and 988 loaders.

Working Conditions:

• Hourly Full-Time position
• Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production, and non-production areas
• This position may require work/maintenance coverage beyond the normal hours, shift, and on weekends/holidays
• Ability to tolerate both high and low temperatures, loud noises typical of a manufacturing plant

Safety Activities

• Be aware of and observe all safety practices. Including but not limited to- Safety glasses, safety boots, hearing protection, etc… as required
• Know and follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Participate in safety committees and initiatives as assigned.
