Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply protective materials to outbound shipments.
• Follow packaging and load-securement instructions.
• Inspect freight for quality, accuracy, and documentation compliance.
• Accept or reject loaded trailers based on established standards.
• Verify securement materials and applicable expiration dates.
• Complete warehouse and shipping documentation.
• Photograph secured trailers and report concerns to management.
• Coordinate with dock managers, supervisors, and drivers.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Job Duties

• Apply protective materials to outbound shipments
• Follow packaging and load-securement instructions

• Apply appropriate mats for domestic and export shipments
• Confirm the correct products and trailer numbers
• Inspect trailers for damage, contamination, and debris
• Complete warehouse and shipping documentation
• Photograph secured, completed, and sealed trailers
• Report quality or trailer concerns to managementCoordinate with dock managers, supervisors, office staff, and drivers
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
