Position Description: The Load Prep associate is responsible for the safe and accurate load prep of finished goods. Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 p.m. - 5:30 a.m. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Obtains customer load orders from the Shipping Office. Puts together skids for parts ordered by customer, places appropriate paperwork on each tote or skid as required. Bands and/or wraps skid as required by the customer. Maintains parts tagging accuracy for pieces used in Tag Tracking. Places loads in appropriate load staging area. Monitors inventory levels and communicates any concerns to Customer Service. Responsible for keeping work area and storage shelving clean and organized. Assists in cycle counting and inventory when needed. Supervisory Responsibilities None. Qualifications: Skills and Abilities Knowledge and support of all safety programs. Must be able to communicate effectively and function with a minimum of supervision. Must have good oral and written communication skills. A complete understanding of tags and paperwork flow through the plant is preferred. RF Scanner experience preferred. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations Ability to operate forklift efficiently is preferred. What you will enjoy:
