Job summary

Pilgrim in Cactus, Texas is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher to plan loads, coordinate with driver managers and reduce delays. You will work with Sales, Warehouse and Customer Service to meet customer needs and optimize ROI.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Forecast regional freight needs to Customer Service.
• Work with Driver Manager to meet driver duty time requirements.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Base salary range of $45,000.00 to $47,000.00 ; and
• This position is eligible to par ticipate in the Company’s quarterly bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and condi tions of the incentive program
