Job summary

Pratt in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Load Former for the 3rd shift to support the corrugated production line. You will help machine operators set up and run equipment, stack boxes to spec, monitor quality, and record production data.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, and the tolerance for a non-climate-controlled, loud work environment. Career growth to machine operator is available.

Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Occasionally Saturdays and Overtime
