Job summary

Pratt is seeking a Load Former (General Labor) for the 2nd shift at its Fort Worth, TX facility. You will assist machine operators, stack finished boxes, monitor quality, and complete production reports in a non-climate-controlled, loud environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with the possibility of overtime and occasional Saturdays. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and participate in startup and basic maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• 6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in the corrugated industry preferred.

Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds


• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with loud noise levels
