Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for the Load Dock in Marshalltown, IA. This salaried, exempt position on the 3rd shift oversees trailer assignments, product loading, and daily inventory while ensuring USDA compliance and safety standards.

You will coordinate with Shipping Superintendent and other supervisors to maintain on-time delivery, handle paperwork, payroll, and driver ETA requests. High school diploma and related experience preferred.

• Clear verbal and written communication abilities; multi-language skills beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and assign trailers to doors; arrange products for loading.
• Inspect trailers for correct temperatures and enforce safety policies.
• Use company systems to track product and manage daily inventory.
• Supervise, evaluate and direct personnel following policies and procedures.
• Anticipate delays and coordinate with other supervisors to meet schedules.
