Job summary

JBS USA in Marshalltown, IA is seeking a DC Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift to oversee high-speed line maintenance, PLC programming changes, and process control systems in a distribution center environment.

You will lead a maintenance crew, ensure safety, perform troubleshooting, calibrations, PM and R&M activities, and drive reliability across critical equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform line edits and program changes with PLCs and box logic.
• Troubleshoot, replace, calibrate, and test malfunctioning components on high speed machinery and process control systems.
• Inspect, clean, treat for corrosion and verify system operation on industrial equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical faults using diagnostic methods.
• Monitor safety and ensure adherence to process and housekeeping standards.
• Complete PM goals and participate in repair and maintenance activities.
• Oversee warehouse refrigeration operations when required.

DC MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

POSITION: DC Maintenance Supervisor

SHIFT: 3rd Shift (MUST be Flexible)

DEPARTMENT: Distribution Center

LOCATION: Marshalltown, IA

SALARY CLASS: Exempt

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform on line edits, and program changes with PLC's and familiarity with box logic.
• Other responsibilities include knowledge of troubleshooting, replacing, calibrating, and testing malfunctioning (pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical) components on high speed machinery systems, and process control systems.
• Inspect, clean, treat for corrosion and perform system operational checks on high speed machinery systems, industrial control systems, and instrumentation systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical circuitry malfunctions using visual and auditory senses, test components and technical publication.
• Monitors work conditions with a main focus on safety and solid adherence to process and procedure. Attention and oversight of whole crew to employ good housekeeping habits.
• PM completion goals and R&M involvement.
• Warehouse Refrigeration.
