Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Load Coordinator to manage shop floor control, shipping loads, dispatch, and scheduling with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

You will coordinate schedules, inspect parts for defects, and maintain records, ensuring accurate documentation and on-time departures across WMS/TMS systems.

The role requires coordinating dock doors, labor, and equipment, while ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency in daily operations.

Load Coordinator

Shop floor control, shipping load coordinator, sub-shipping coordinator, cycle counting with substantial analysis and
problem solving, or dispatch work. Communicates schedules, load/shipping instructions, inventory issues and
solutions as needed to provide direction to others. Requires thorough product knowledge. Inspects parts as
necessary for defects, reports quality issues and shortages to supervision. Maintains all required records
