Job summary

Contract Lumber is seeking a Load Checker (Quality Control) to join our team in Groveport, Ohio. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and quality of lumber and building materials before delivery or installation.

You will inspect loads, identify defects, and promote a clean, safe yard in a fast-paced environment. The position offers Monday–Friday 1st shift, 40 hours per week, with overtime when needed and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with

Responsibilities

• Inspect outgoing loads for accuracy and quality before delivery.
• Monitor incoming lumber and building materials for defects or damage.
• Collaborate with Load Builders and Drivers to ensure proper handling and storage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lumber yard.
• Document and report any quality issues or inconsistencies.
• Contribute to a positive, fun work environment.

Day to Day

• Work closely with Load Builders andDriversto ensure proper handling and storage of materials.

• Helpmaintaina clean, organized, and safe lumber yard.

• Document and report any quality issues or inconsistencies.
