Overview

Salary: $18.00 hourly

The Load Builder is responsible for building loads for deliveries. In addition, the Load Builder must maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized lumber yard, load and unload lumber and/or building supplies, and operate a forklift. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

1. Build loads for delivery
2. Load and unload lumber and building supplies
3. Operate forklift
4. Keep management aware of any delays or discrepancies
5. Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe lumber yard

Qualifications

1. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information one-on-one.
2. Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out simple one or two-step instructions; deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
