Job summary

Parr is seeking a Load Builder to safely assemble loads for our drivers in Pasco, WA. The role involves reading pick tickets, identifying lumber and building materials, and loading trucks with a forklift.

Key tasks include receiving inventory, performing inventory adjustments, and maintaining yard safety and organization. The position requires OSHA forklift certification and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Builds safe, efficient loads by reading pick tickets and invoices.

• Receives delivered inventory and maintains yard cleanliness and safety.

The accuracy of loads is key to save time and money for the company so the load builder is an important component of the PARR team. This position is also responsible for receiving and stocking inventory. As needed, the Load Builder assists customer service employees fill orders for walk in customers.The Load Builder directly reports to General Manager or Dispatcher.
