About Us

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Florida-certified educator to join our innovative academic team. Our program offers a rigorous honors-level curriculum for middle and high school students, with a focus on academic excellence, interdisciplinary learning, and personalized education.

Position Overview

The LNPC Academy Part-Time Teacher will oversee core instruction in Science, Social Science, and Electives for middle and high school students, while managing educational programs related to homeschooling and student support services. This role requires leadership, curriculum development skills, and the ability to deliver engaging, standards-based instruction in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Academic Leadership & Instruction: Teach core subjects in Science, Social Science (History, Government, Sociology), and Electives (Entrepreneurship, Life Skills, Fine Arts) at honors level. Develop and implement lesson plans, monitor student progress, and utilize data-driven strategies. Use Google Classroom for course management and communication.
  2. Student & Program Oversight: Conduct interviews with prospective students and families, supervise tutors and assistants to ensure instructional quality and support differentiated learning.
  3. Homeschool & Compliance Support: Guide families through homeschool portfolio reviews, assessments, and compliance with state laws. Support with scholarship requirements, parent-teacher conferences, and student-athlete documentation.
  4. Program Development & Innovation: Collaborate on interdisciplinary, project-based learning, including STEAM, arts integration, and real-world applications. Contribute to expanding elective courses and personalized learning tracks.

Qualifications
