Qualifications

• BS or MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of relevant research experience for the Associate II level.
• Hands-on experience in LNP formulation and analytical characterization for nucleic acid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, characterize, and execute LNP formulations across diverse lipid compositions.
• Perform analytical characterization and molecular biology methods (ELISA, SDS-PAGE, PCR, Western blot).
• Generate high-quality datasets and maintain ELN documentation.
• Conduct mammalian cell culture and in vitro studies, including transfection/electroporation.
• Collaborate with process development, analytics, and in vivo teams to support manufacturing and development.
• Present results to cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
