Job summary

Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Vestal, NY is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee all administrative and clinical functions of a 160-bed facility.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's Degree and a NYS LNHA license; you will supervise departments, manage budgets and census development, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a compassionate care team.

A monthly performance bonus is offered as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Current NYS LNHA license in good standing is required.
• Proven experience in management of a long‑term care facility.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) at our 160-bed Skilled Nursing Facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. You will oversee all administrative and clinical functions within the facility, including developing and implementing facility management systems, administration, management, supervision, and coordination of all departments to ensure quality care, financial management of the facility, and maintenance of budget and census development.
